After I dual booted my dell laptop. Kali Linux works perfectly but I can't log in back to windows 10 and they is where I have all my files. The moment I select windows 10 from list of os it gives me a command prompt to input a command as shown in the picture

Windows 10 was already installed in your Dell laptop BEFORE you set it up to dual boot with Kali Linux?

Your thread probably won't get much attention in the "DOS/Other" section, so I requested it be moved to the "Windows 10" section.

Do you have a Windows 10 install disc that you can boot from?
If you select the option to install and then repair Windows 10, I believe it'll give you the option to change which operating system boots first.

I've never installed and used Linux, but I believe it needs to be installed first before installing Windows 10 in dual boot mode.
If my assumption of the above is wrong, someone else can correct me and advise you.
