Something must have changed. Did you download and install a new program ?

Right click on task bar, choose Task Manager, go to Startup tab and disable all programs you don't use.

Go to Settings > Privacy > Background apps and turn off everything you don't need running in the background.

After posting this, I reset my laptop with new installation of Windows. It now does THE SAME THINGS! How can this be? I'm completely confused. Please help me.
    Thanks, Boyd.

Uninstall AVAST. Some third party antivirus programs don't work well with Windows 10. Especially because Windows 10 has a major update every half year.

If you have re-installed all of your software. Try uninstalling them one by one. And see if improvement is noticed.
