Windows 10 Tablet Connecting to Zoom Powerpoint

Hello Tech Support Guy!

I have a question concerning my dad's Windows 10 Microsoft Surface Pro (tablet.) He has been participating in many a zoom call/powerpoint presentation meeting lately, and wants to find a way to record himself and zoom with his clients using the other computer's (a Windows 8) webcam, while being able to present his powerpoint through zoom on the tablet, and use a stylus to edit the presentation as he goes through on the tablet. As the others are viewing the powerpoint, my dad would like to be able to control the powerpoint and edit so they also see the edits. Is this a possibility? I'm sure a lot of that didn't make much sense, but he basically wants to use one computer's webcam for zoom, have powerpoint running on both, and edit the powerpoint and go through on the tablet using a stylus while keeping it on zoom. Let me know if you happen to know a solution, or any questions you may have! Thank you so much!

I'm pretty sure that possible by either sharing his screen and having the PowerPoint open on the screen, or having him share the PowerPoint with the others. He can also just use Zoom's record function instead of using a webcam if he wants.
