You didn't describe your computer or its hardware, so it may not even support upgrading to Windows 11.
Assuming it's a factory-brand one, what's its brand name and model name and model number?

Windows 11 still has a significant number of issues and bugs, so don't be any hurry to make the upgrade.
You probably should wait at least 6 months until some of them are resolved.

Thanks for the quick reply but how do I stop the auto install/upgrade as MS does not tell you what new upgrades are ready to install?

Thanks for editing post #1 and adding your computer's description to it.

Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-3770S
According to your log, your computer has a 3rd generation Intel processor.
Even if you want to install Windows 11 in it, you won't be able to.
Much newer generation hardware is needed.
Windows 10 will receive support for another 4 years.
You have plenty of time to buy or build a newer computer and make the switch to Windows 11.

Microsoft has in the past always asked if you wanted to upGrade to a new version.

That is different from UpDates.
