Windows 2000 (SP4) will not boot to the desktop.
The hourglass comes up and the desktop will
not appear. When I bring up the Task Manager, I
notice that a file called sysjava.exe is using lots
of CPU (65% to 95%). When I end that process,
the desktop appears. Any suggestions for resolving
    this?
