Windows 2000 Pro want startup.

    My step-daughter's computer gives the following message when trying to start normal. I have done a google search and microsoft search and nothing that I can will help.

    Is this a new system or has it been running awhile? Did you install anything new? Can you give any information leading up to when the problem began?

    Have the latest service pack #4 installed. Can go to safe mode when booting. Can not boot normal.

    As I stated, this is my step-daughter's computer. She is constantly having problems with this computer because she does not listen to advice.
