Windows 2000 Upload settings

    I run windows 2000 on a 300 Megabits a second connection, is there anything I can do to increase my upload speed. It seems to be locked at cable speeds. Any type of editing i can do?

    ??? cable speeds ?? the upload is usually a lot slower than download
    here in UK
    512K download = 256K upload
    1M download around 333K upload

    I just want to get as much upload as i can out of it. Not to many people have unlimited upload speeds.

    Bandwidth Up 1279 Kbits/sec is what im getting now
