windows 2000 user manager help

Dear friend iwas meet past few days like this Problem
any one have a solution. I am administraotr of this PC
Everty time i got this Error only way Reinstall the OS
so please give any other solution for this issue

i am attached the pic please

help me

Did your system joined a Domain? :confused: If joined a Domain it won't allow you to access User Manager.

You can dis-join from the Domain by follow:
================================
1.)Right click my computer, choice Properties
2.)From Computer Name, choice Change
3.)From Member of section, choice Workgroup.
4.) Restart

Wa lah!
Done. :)

Have a look at the following article which explains how to fix the problem. The problem lies in the registry. You might have missing registry keys or values.
