Trying to build a Home Theater PC on a budget, this video card had no problems on another mobo and to preface this post this mobo has been in storage for 5 years. Anyhow, I started with Windows XP Home edition and the graphics card worked wonderfully and I was able to stream live tv on this motherboard and everything worked great. I then went on to install windows 7 Home Premium so that I could use the Windows Media Center interface and that is when everything went to crap. After the install I went and found the most updated driver for the nvidia 6200 which is versioin 260 (the microsoft website recommends version 256) I tried both because neither seemed to work. I have black horizontal lines across the bottom of the screen in some screens like when windows asks me a question I have to move the mouse aross the yes and no buttons in order to see them. On the home screen the bottom half of the screen has pixelated horizontal lines. During startup the lines are worse. I have tried this on two different monitors producing the same results. When I go into the Nvidia control panel I only have two options for my resolution which I also though very strange, 800x600 and 1024x800. This was not the case on a different motherboard that I worked with. I have seated and reseated the graphics card several times and don't know what to do with it at this point.

this is what I am running
    ECS PT880Pro-A Mobo
Pentium 4 Prescott 3 ghz processor LGA 775
PNY GeForce 6200 256 mb AGP graphics card
    2 gb ddr400 ram
2 IDE hard drives (40gb seagate and 120 gb Western digital)
1 SATA hard drive (Seagate Baracuda)
    2 Optical Drives
    Thermaltake 550W PSU 29v on 12 rail
    Windows 7 Home Premium
    Coolermaster Centurion case
