Seems my windows will not backup anymore, it did not finish last backup. I tried to start a new one
and just keeps giving the same error, last backup did not finish. I am backing up on a spare external usb drive.

Create a Windows 7 Repair Disc
Start - Control Panel - Backup and Restore - at the left top corner -
Create a System Repair Disc - It may say DVD but a CD works OK

Computer Repair
Put System Repair Disc into CD - DVD Tray
Restart your computer - Be ready to press any key when asked.
If you don’t press any key in time, windows starts normal.
Windows is now loading files.
Title of new screen is - System Recovery Options
If selection is correct click - Next - Next - Startup Repair
Should be on the list.
If it finds something wrong it may repair at the beginning.

If you want to search for information for bit logger as you wrote try here.

I use Acronis True Image and and external hard drive. Acronis doesn't depend
on Windows 7 to make the backup or to Recovery, only that the computer will run.
Some parts are confusing.
