Have you updated your Adobe Flash?

    What version of Internet Explorer?
    What OS?
Does it happen in other browsers?
    What is your Antivirus/Antispyware program?

Can you please go to http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/?promoid=BUIGP and uncheck the Google toolbar box and go through that process of updating Flash.

Are you on Windows 7 while running IE6? That might be your issue. Open IE (Internet Explorer). Click on Help. Click on About Internet Explorer. It will tell you the version in that window.
