Windows 7 Logs in with Temporary Profile

Hello,

Every time I reboot with a successful profile load, it logs me in with a temp profile.
Also, when it logs me into either profiles, I notice that the trim around windows is a lot thinner.

Here is the event log message:
2 user registry handles leaked from \Registry\User\S-1-5-21-740625895-3137932696-682966539-1001_Classes:

I found more:
Windows cannot load classes registry file.
DETAIL - The system cannot find the file specified.
Windows cannot log you on because your profile cannot be loaded. Check that you are connected to the network, and that your network is functioning correctly.

DETAIL - Illegal operation attempted on a registry key that has been marked for deletion.
Windows cannot load classes registry file.
