I have a sony Vaio which has WINDOWS 7 MEDIA PLAYER. I am ok using a computer but havent got a clue as to how it works etc so any advice will have to be really basic

When I click START ALL PROGRAMMES - WINDOWS MEDIA PLAYER - MUSIC it says NO ITEMS????

    ALSO

When I go to START - MEDIA GALLERY - MUSIC everything is there all the albums and tracks etc

    ALSO

When i go in on WINDOWS EXPLORER - LIBRARIES it isnt even showing a MUSIC FOLDER?????

In summary the tracks/albums are saved on the computer but cannot be accessed via the Media Player. I'm not sure if a folder has been deleted or I've just clicked on something by mistake but I dont know how to restore things back to how they were

    Any suggestions????
