The excel application has taken half my life. Whenever any of our teammates or me creates an excel file and save it, the first time it saves without any issue. However when the 2nd time save after some modification we do it "Goes to blue screen error" . The complete system is gone till we reboot it again & bring it to normal operational mode. Please help whether its the problem with the file we save as or some known error?

    Thank U in Adv...

    Welcome to TSG rmishra558.

In order to find the problem we need to see the dump file that is created from the BSOD. Go to C:\windows\minidump Compress the .dmp file or files in there and upload them here for review. If there is no minidump folder, look in C:\windows for MEMORY.DMP compress and upload here.
