Windows 7 shutdown

Windows is taking forEVER to shutdown and yes ik I could upgrade to windows 10 but it crashes on my XPS hardware. So is there a fix I could do? I have already did the regedit memory thig to 0 it didn't work.............

ctrl+alt+del to open task manager.
Please post what is running so we can figure out what is slowing shutdown.

No idea what "regedit memory thing" you did. Please post the specifics on exactly what you edited in the registry.
