Windows 7 x64 Crash [With HDMI Only]

    Hi guys, thanks for taking your time first of all to come here.

    ntoskrnl.exe+4b16cc seems to be my issue. My PC only crashes when I have my 32" HD TV Plugged in.

    Here is my .dmp file for you to check out! Only just reformatted, this wasn't happening before also.

    Any help would be great.

    So, It's movie time with my girlfriend and my PC crashes again, exactly the same error report.

    I've had 2 viewers on my dump file, but no responses. Sorry to double post, but I'm struggling to fix this myself now.
