On windows there are only 7 lock screen slots that includes the default ones.
eg if laptop battery and internet connection

Only vital immediately needing to be accessible or seen at lock screens - apps should be there

    https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/windows/apps/hh779720.aspx

to configure - charms - settings -personalize - lock screen

I presume you are installing from store and not from wunderlist site.

have you read the link I sent please or indeed with respect have you checked how many items YOU have on your lock screen - from my note of how to configure

wbich would indeed have made the difference clear between lock screen and start screen

There are ONLY seven items allowed on the lock screen
    that includes the defaults
if it reports it is full then you have seven so this one cannot be included

Sorry do not understand the question
Windows Store is simply a list of various apps, some free some paid for that can be installed on the computer from the store
when you go to the store it knows which you already have installed and if there are updates for them then those appear top right of the screen

I am really sorry - I just cannot follow your questions
task manager has NO connection with the STORE

and you will not find a task manager app in the Store - to the best of my knowledge
