Windows 8 BSOD Please Help me

    This happens about 10 Min in a PC Game IDK Why .
    IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
    This has been happening since i had windows 7 i thought it was the ram so i bought a new set but still same BSOD Error when i game.Its really annoying Ill Put a download to the Minidump.I think i need a new Graphics card hopefully not because i have ATI and i heard when it starts to fail a lot of people get this error can you guys please help me ASAP Thank you.I have re installed the graphics card drivers many times. Also got a Registry cleaner And cleaned everything.Scanned for viruses , Malware and Nothing please help :)

    when you upload,upload to here using the go advanced button

    what are you running
    video card brand and model
    cpu
    m/board
    ram
    power supply
    brand
    model
    wattage

    check the listings in the bios for 12v line voltages and temperatures and post them

    check for the latest video drivers

    in the device manager uninstall the video card
    reboot tapping f8 and choose vga mode
    when windows finishes rebooting
    disable a/virus
    install your drivers
    reboot the computer

    it can be a number of causes

    driver
    inadequate power

    what are you running - Windows 8
    video card brand and model- ATI Radeon HD 4600 Series
    cpu - AMD Phenom(tm) 2 X3 700E Processor
    m/board - Gigabyte Technology Co M68MT- S2P
    ram - 8 GB (NEW( Bought new ram and i still get error)
    power supply-idk
    brand-its a custom built gaming computer
    model-idk
    wattage-idk

    I havent moved any of the wattage since i bought it :(
    and i dont know how to check that stuff out
    is there anything i can do to see if its the power supply can that even be the case

    you have to take the side off and look at the power supply label

    who built it dell hp ect or a local builder

    Here i took a picture of the volts and temperatures you wanted tomorrow ill look at the power supply and see whats going on k. Thanks for helping me . :)

    the voltages are to low and temps to high

    see if you can borrow a 80+ quality 550w or better to try in it
