I have a issue with my Windows 8 Tablet, when the tablet boots up, it goes just like this.

    Dell screen

    Loading Files

then it goes to a command prompt with X: i have been around the internet and it seems like none knows what to do when it comes to this issue.

The C: drive is on there with the operating system, and the recovery partitoon is there, but i cannot boot into it.

Can anyone help me with this issue.
