Windows 98 Error

I started getting this error and can't get rid of it. "Windows encountered an error accessing the system registry. Windows will restart and repair the system registry for you". It will reboot and I get the same error. I tried restoring an old registory but it said it had an error trying to restore. Should I just reload Win 98 ?

If you have tried and failed to reload an older regestry, you could always try and reload Windows over the old install.

Reloaded windows, everything working OK.
