Hi, it's been since last June,2002 when I needed help. Something just started in my system in the last week in my windows 98 operation. Everything in my programs suddenly went haywire and goes off the screen. Like windows explorer, e-mail, printing, etc. It doesn't matter if my desktop is set for 640 by 480 or 800 by 600 pixels. It's annoying because when instructions come up they are so big I can't get to the bottom to close or select O.K. to continue in my work. I must have changed something without realizing it. my e-mail is [email protected], Thank you for your help.

P.S. I'm sorry if I repeated myself but I don't know how to work your program yet.

Hi wallbash99

Do you have a wheel mouse? Try holding down the Ctrl key and rotate the wheel on the mouse.

Hi again, I guess it wasn't that easy to fix. My mouse has nothing to do with the settings. The problem remains the same, everything still is extra large even when I try to bring up my scanner program, the instructions go outside the screen area and I can't click onto them because they are to big.

Thanks again, Wallbash99
