Windows 98se startup Trouble

    I notice in the last couple of days when I start up my system I am receiving the blue screen with this message
    0167:BFF8AB97
    Any idea what might be the cause and how can I stop this ?

    800 Celeron
    512 meg ram
    p3v4x Rev 1.xx Asus Motherboard
    Voodoo3 - video card
