windows 98se vxde problems

    Very old machine "Gateway, Celron processor 400 mhz, fsb 66mhz, enough lafghs for today. Any upon start up these missing files i appear vnetsup.vxd, vredir.vxd, Dfs.vxd. What do I need to do to get these reinstalled so upon startup the customer dosn't need to hit enteron each occurance to start windows. Besides getting a new computer . Thanks for your help. I have remendied the problem before but was so long ago that I can't remember. :confused:

    Here is a copy of

    VNETSUP.VXD

    VREDIR.VXD

    DFS.VXD


    for Windows 98SE.

    I had to rename them with a .TXT extension to get them to upload here, so you'll need to rename them with a .VXD before using them.

    They go in the C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM folder.

    Reboot afterwards. See if that works.
