I use Windows backup weekly to save my data to an external hard drive. Today got a message Windows backup not setup. Also got two errors....0x80071A91 and 0x80041321. I typed these error codes in my browser but the instructions I found didn't seem to work. I followed instructions but couldn't always find what I was supposed to be looking for. Any help will be appreciated.

Thanks. Before contacting Tech Support Guy I tried both of these websites one of which is same as you provided. Neither worked. I just tried again. Also found other suggestions by typing the error codes in Google & tried them, but either they didn't work or I could not get to the final destination suggested.

Thanks. I may have to call M/S but they sure don't make it easy.

I know, Microsoft have one of the hardest to get support line in the whole world. But it is worth contacting them.
