    Hello there,

Since a few weeks I've been experiencing the following blue screen error on my windows 7 laptop:

It appears randomly, once a week.

I hope you guys could help me out with this!

    Thanks in advance.

Alright, so I configured the system to make a mini-dump the next time I get a blue screen. So for now I can't do nothing and I have to wait for the next blue screen, correct?

From your Blue Screen picture above - it seems to indicate that the minidump files were not saved.

The next time, they should now be saved.

Thank you. I'll wait till the next time and come back with the dumps.
