This has happened a few times now, get the following info:

    Problem signature:
    Problem Event Name: BlueScreen
    OS Version: 6.1.7601.2.1.0.768.3
    Locale ID: 2057

    Additional information about the problem:
    BCCode: e1
    BCP1: FFFFF80003984C00
    BCP2: 0000000000000002
    BCP3: FFFFFA80056CD3C0
    BCP4: FFFFFA80056CD3C0
    OS Version: 6_1_7601
    Service Pack: 1_0
    Product: 768_1

Files that help describe the problem:
    C:\Windows\Minidump\021613-23088-01.dmp
    C:\Users\Rob\AppData\Local\Temp\WER-73975-0.sysdata.xml

How can I find out the cause/resolve? I've tried system restore, checking the hard drive/memory, all to no effect.

Many thanks to anyone who can help!

Yes sir, that one is working:) It is showing that you have three Anti-Virus programs installed, is this correct? If so, this is more than likely your problem because you should never have more than one installed as they do NOT get along and cause all kinds of problems. Get rid of two and keep one. Use the proper uninstall tools to remove.

    I would keep MSE.
