Hi ,guys i need help!!

i installed windows 7 on my pc and after i formated the partition c: where my os is in there, electricity lost and my installation cancelled but when i tried it again :

this will appear

:::::::::::::WINDOWS BOOT MANAGER::::::::::::::::::::
Windows failed to start. A recent hardware or software change might be the cause.
To fix the problem :

1.Insert your windows installation disc and restart your computer.
2.Choose your language settings, and then Click ''next".
3.Click "Repair your computer".

If you do not have this disc, contact your system administrator or computer manufacturer for assistance.

Info: An error occured while attempting to read the boot configuration data.
:::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::

i already tried to use repair tool but i dont have backup to restore so it doesn't help :(:(

I assume your doing a clean install, meaning you backed up all data on the drive. If so, reformat the driver and start from scratch.
