I have recently installed new windows Xp Professional SP3. Now, when i log in, everything i do, a message pops out: "Windows cannot access the specified device path or file. You may not have appropriate permissions". When i click properties on desktop, that pops out, when i click on any file, that pops out, when i click on anything in control panel that pops out. That really annoys me. I cannot install any driver, and its really annoying. I can really appreciate any kind of help. Thanks in advance.

Ok, i've tried the first one, but when i go to run>cmd the same message pops out. I am logged in as an administrator, but not as my computer name that i entered on windows setup. And system restore isn't an options because i installed windows few hours ago. Help, please.
