Hi, I cannot connect to the Internet with my windows explorer xp. My network diagnosis is: Windows cannot connect to the Internet using http, https, or ftp. This is probably caused by firewall settings on this computer. I googled this for well over an hour and everything I tried didn't work. I had Norton anti virus which had expired but I just did an uninstall of this since a lot of things I read said this maybe causing the problem. Can u please help thanks

Run the tool. Norton is notorious for connection issues when not properly uninstalled.
