    Hi

I cannot run regedit or cmd from "Start -> Run".
It keeps saying the following popup
    Windows cannot find 'cmd'

I have tried the following :-
    Mcafee Enterprise
    spybot search and destroy
    sfc /scannow

    still no avail.

May I ask what to do ?
