Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware. The driver may be corrupted

    In My Device Manager appears a exclamation mark next to the SCSI/RAID Host Controller
    :confused:
    LIKE THIS[​IMG]

    AND WHEN I CLICK IN PROPERTIES APPEARS THIS[​IMG]


    I ALREADY CLICK IN TROUBLESHOOT
    AND ONLY THIS APPEARS

    How can I fix this??? I really need help to fix this

    Download a new copy of this driver and install it again. It's possible you have the wrong driver, so look carefully.

    What's the make and model of the computer?
    Drivers like this are usually found at the manufacturer's site.

    sorry i dont have to much knowledge about computers
    how im going to know whats the manufacturer's site.?????

    I mean the exact model-HP has hundreds, and they use different drivers. You should find a label, maybe on the back or the bottom.
