Hi, Im trying to install Windows xp onto a netbook-EEE pc 1005, using flashdrive. I have tried many methods of installation, including things like wintoflash and others. I just cant get it to work. I keep gettting the error listed below.

Windows could not start because of a computer disk hardware configuration problem. Could not read from the sleected boot disk. Check boot path and disk hardware.

I Get this error before i can select to install windows xp home edition, i see it for a split second then get this error. Could it be in the bios?

My boot device priority has my hdd to boot first which is correct.

My ide configuration has my ATA/IDE configuration set as Ehanced.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks alot!
