How can my Windows Defender (updated this morning) be disabled, yet monitoring & protecting, at the same time. I uploaded a screen shot to explain.

This is nothing to be concerned about. It's a bug in the TSG Utility that incorrectly reports Windows Defender as being disabled in some cases. We aren't sure what the criteria is yet but it does report correctly on some machines but not on others. As long as WD says it's monitoring and you're able to use it to do scans, etc. then it's fine.

You're also using an old version(1.0.0.2) instead of the current version(1.0.0.4) of the TSG Info Utility.

Sorry I didn't notice that. My mind's been elsewhere these days. :(
