I then checked to see what I could have installed to cause that problem. Well said:
Panda Cloud Antivirus.[/B] For sure, it was Panda that caused the issue.

As i mentioned in post #12 (" Remnants from old installations of previous antivirus can also cause this issue").
I had this same issue but with a different program. Had to use "Regscanner" by Nirsoft (not recommended for an inexperienced user) and "everything search" (a replacement for windows search).
Although i used Revo uninstaller thinking that it would eliminate all traces of the program,it unfortunately didnt.Using the above specified utilities,i was able to completely wipe any traces of it on my computer.
Glad you got it fixed.
