Hey, guys, erm, I keep getting this pop-up, on of those little yellow balloons on the right hand, bottom side of the desktop, it says exactly this:

    Windows - Delayed Write Failed
Windows was unable to save all data for the file H:. The data has been lost. This error may be caused by a feature of your computer hardware or network connection. Please try to save this file elsewhere.

I get this error for the drives H: and I:....they're both FAT32 if that helps....when I tried copying the files on them to my External hard drive, I got the errors in these screenshots:

I'd be sooooo thankful if anyone could explain to me how I can salvage all the Data on those disks....I can't afford to lose any of it....I mean, seriously....PLEASE guys, I'd be much obliged if anyone has a solution!!
