Keep getting this error:
The computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered an unexpected error. Windows installation cannot proceed. To install Windows, click O.K. To restart the computer and then restart the installation.

every time I hit okay the computer restarts but the same error pops back up. I was trying to reset my computer and when it froze I used a virtual assistant that told me to unplug the computer for 10 seconds and it started having this issue because Iunplugged it before windows was fully installed. I can’t troubleshoot or anything because I can’t even get to the desktop.

Where did the VA come from?
Do you have any data you need to get off this computer. If yes then make a ubuntu bootable usb or dvd
https://ubuntu.com/tutorials/create-a-usb-stick-on-windows#1-overview NO install needed
Copy your data to an external drive or another computer/nas.
Then download the windows 10 tool https://www.microsoft.com/en-au/software-download/windows10
and use that to reinstall windows.
*** NB this will delete all data from the drive***
