    need more description then that....

    - does windows start up?
    - if it does: does explorer not start up with it?
    - do you have a task bar on the desktop?
    - after it starts, can you ctrl+alt+del to get to task manager?
    - have you tried booting into safemode? (to get to safe mode you have to press F8 key regularly to get the option for safemode)

windows starts, everything runs fine. my task bar is there, and i can use task manager.
however, i can't access my hard drive.

I've tried booting into safe mode several times, but as soon as the computer reaches the login screen, the computer reboots.
