When i try to go into my videos folder, i get a message saying windows explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close. I cant even get into the folder. Is there a way to fix this?

Error Signature
AppName: explorer.exe
AppVer: 6.0.2900.2180
ModName: nemp4splitter.ax
ModVer: 4.9.4.1
Offset: 0002a65b

Dont know if that tells you anything but i posted it anyway.

Sounds like you have a corrupted file inside the video folder I would suggest using a program like Roxio to backup this directory and then delete all of the videos and see if you can gain access thru windows explorer again
