I am new to Windows XP, but in Win2K when I opened Windows Explorer and selected a picture file (jpg, gif, etc.), a small thumbnail would display on the left-hand side of the window. I don't remember what I did to turn this on, but I can't seem to find this option on XP. Also, Win2K had a "web-views" feature which would display a picture on the left-hand side of the folder view, and that seems to be missing from XP as well.

Any suggestions/ideas?
