Windows Explorer

    When I start My computer it always shows that I have two instances of explorer running so I push ctrl Alt Delete to close the top one down in the list.Is there anything I can do to fix this :eek:

    Explorer is not always Windows Explorer. You may have a virus.

    Please do a free online scan.

    After, download and install StartupList.

    Reboot. Do not stop the second explorer until after you have run StartupList. It will show all running processes and will help us to see what this is a where it is located if the AV didn't help.

    StartupList produces a text file. Please copy and paste the contents into a post here.
