Windows freezes when shutting down/hibernating

    happens like every other time, do i have a virus?

    with kaspersky, and security task manager, says there not infected, is there anyonther way to know?

    also a few weeks ago kaspersky gave me a warning i had deleted startup/shutdpwn data, could this be causing the problem?

    hmm im not allowed to fix anything with hijackthis but I do know that someone with privileges on here can easily get you out of this hole :)
