I'm running a HP Envy 17-3290nr, the "Rundll32" was in my task manager at first but I figured out how to get that off with the start up on MSCONFIG. So I guess it's bluetooth? I already have a Bluetooth on my task bar, I don't need two do I? plus it don't even have a bluetooth icon, it just says "Windows host process (Rundll32) THEN RIGHT UNDERNEATH IT, it says.... "Bluetooth" IT won't let me show the icon and notifications.
