Windows Installer keeps trying to install after booting!

    Hi, I'm new to the form and need you guys help, please. I'm running WinXP Home. I have had the following problem forever:When I start my computer the first thing I get is windows installer with theses messages:

    (2 Message)!The path
    'C:DOCUME~1\Owner\LOCALS~1\Temp\_isEBC\A+
    Homework Helper 6.3.msi cannot be found Verify that you have access to this location and try again, or try to find the installation package 'A+ Homework Helper 6.3. msi in a folder from which you can install
    the product A+ Homework Helper 6.3.

    I have uninstalled this program thru add & remove. I have searched for the thing and can't find it any where how can I delete this from windows installer.
