I'm not exactly sure if it's a windows installer problem, but this thing keeps popping up when I open videos. I usually just keep clicking cancel and ignore it, but then it pops up for other programs too and it got really annoying. I was wondering if there's a way to get rid of it.

    then it goes to....
    http://xs.to/xs.php?h=xs512&d=07073&f=problem2.JPG
    and then I click OK...

I'm not really sure what's going on, I don't have a disk for this program and deleted it a long time ago. Is there some way to configure windows installer so this won't ever appear again?
