I changed the ink in my printer and started it back up and it wouldn't print so I uninstalled it then reinstalled it. That's when I got the message : A disk read error has occurred and to restart computer. I tried but got the message that Windows couldn't start because the file was missing or corrupt: WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\CONFIGURATION\SYSTEM. I don't understand what one thing had to do with another but it happened and I need help.

Have you tried system restore?Try to boot using safe mode continually tap the F8 key while booting choose the safe mode option and before safe mode starts you should get the option to use system restore.Worth a try.
