windows jumper

    i took the jumper off one of the HD that is hooked up to my computer and it wouldnt start up and gave me this message. ( and yes ive tried putting it back in) " windows could not start because the following file is missing or corrupt:\windows\SYSTEM32\CONFIG\SYSTEM.


    Please remember that this HD was working before and then i had done something to my computer (not sure i cant remember) and it stopped working but i left it plugged in anyway to fix it sometime.

    I need sum help plz...

    Easiest option is to reinstall windows or do a repair.
