I have a strange problem with Windows Live Mail. PC running Windows Vista Home Premium and has a dial up connection. I can connect to the Internet and browse fine but when I try to retrieve email via Live Mail it gives me CCC0F error. "Your server has unexpectedly terminated the connection. Possible causes for this include server problems, network problems, or a long period of inactivity. Account: 'mail.sofast.net', Server: 'mail.sofast.net', Protocol: POP3, Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Error Number: 0x800CCC0F. I understand this is a connection dropped error and it can be caused by virus scanning software and firewall settings but everything on the system is set correctly. The email worked for some time and then just quit. Anyone have a similar problem?
