    Hi guys.

I recently got myself a very nice Dell laptop. I haven't had any issues with any other other software other than Windows Live Messenger.

Whilst in a conversation with a contact, I cannot see their webcam. They are able to view mine without any issue.

I've read a few other posts on here but there were really no solutions put up. After I accept the webcam request the cam connects and then all I see is the advertisement that appears before you actually see an incoming image.

I cannot for the life of me work out this problem, I can view webcams on my main pc without any problem. I'm using the same network on both computers with the same router settings set up.

The version of WLM I'm using is 8.5 if that helps at all. :)

No just my routers internal firewall, which has all the correct ports forwarded for windows live. As far as I know anyway...

This is starting to bug me a little now..
