I have been using Windows Mail for som 9 months without problems. However, all of a sudden some of the user-created folders have 'disappeared', although I can still find them manually using Windows Explorer - a real pain. However, I can't find a way to reinstall them within the Mail list of folders.

Also, when I boot up the PC, all the pre-installed folders except the Inbox (eg sent items, junk mail etc) are hidden and I have to re-open them manually every time - also a pain!

Any clues as to how I might get back to where I was???
