I have a vista compter my windows media center keeps crashing after it's open for only a few seconds something pops up and says A problem caused the program to stop working correctly windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available. In the problem report it just tells me to look for updates which I have already done. Another site told me to delete mediacenterdatastore.db I did this and it still doesn't work. I've also tried running the program as a system administrator but it still closes after only a few seconds

    Welcome to TSG!

First thing I'd try is running System File Checker (SFC):

Click Start, type cmd, when cmd.exe appears in the list, right click it and click Run as administrator
Type SFC /ScanNow and press Enter.

Also, post some of the error messages:
    Click Start, type problem reports.
Click on Problem Reports and Solutions when it appears in the list.
Click View problem history in the left pane.
Right click a problem, click View problem details.
Click the Copy to clipboard link at the bottom (nothing visible happens).
Switch back to your browser, click in the Reply window and press CTRL+V to paste the problem report.
If they all have the same info, just post one, if they are different post two or three of the latest.
